Choose only pieces you are ready to sell. Include original boxes, certificates or purchase paperwork if you have them, and tell us about any damage or missing parts.

Keep small items together in a secure inner bag or box. Wrap delicate pieces separately and cushion your parcel so nothing can move around in transit.

Take photos of your jewellery and packed parcel, and keep your proof of postage. If the combined value could exceed £750, contact us before posting to arrange higher cover.
